This notice describes the Before You Hit Record guide signup form and its related emails.

What you provide

The form asks for your email address and optional first name. It also records your choice about future video tips and occasional offers. You do not need to select that choice to receive the guide.

How it is used

Your details are used to provide the requested guide, maintain the signup record, and respond if you contact us. If you choose future emails, your details are also used to send practical video tips and occasional offers from Spencer Berry.

Services involved

The form, contact records, pages, and email automation are managed through GoHighLevel and its service providers. These services may process technical information needed to operate the pages and emails, such as device information, IP addresses, form activity, and email delivery or interaction information.

Advertising and tracking

We do not add advertising pixels or analytics tools beyond GoHighLevel to these guide pages.

Your email choices

Future marketing emails are optional. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop those messages. Requesting this guide does not automatically enroll you in future offers. The download is also available on the confirmation page.
